Having been a professional tennis player for many years, Alexandre graduated at a later age. It gave him the opportunity to understand the difficulties and challenges that all grads face. That is when he realized that the recruitment for new graduates was inefficient for both parties and decided he would open a new recruiting agency specialized in that domain.
- He has extensive experience in recruitment, having worked for both a local office and a big corporation specialized in Executive Search.

- Charles, Co-Founder of New Talent Capital, was key in the implementation of NTC’s community on several Social Medias including the promotion of the web site, advertising and the organization of all external communications.
- He started to work at a younger age and thus understood the difficulties to find the right place while taking into account his aspirations, competencies, life and career choices.
- Charles has extensive experience in sales having worked in Real Estate and Technologies. He was also in charge of Client Relations and Negotiations in different industries such as Telecommunication and Water and Energy suppliers.
